Jeanne Braun recently represented my wife and me in the purchase of our new condo on N. Lake Shore Drive. As with many such transactions, the path to closing was not without its challenges. There were any number of hurdles to overcome and the deal was "on again, off again" on several occasions. Through it all, Jeanne diligently protected our interests, asked lots of questions on our behalf, gathered information, and offered honest and helpful advice. Finally, it all worked out and Mary Fran and I stood on the balcony of our Lake Shore Drive condo overlooking Oak Street beach with the city skyline and Navy Pier in the background.
